No Answer and Website Booking

I Marlon Keur have been trying to call the West gate Mall Branch Several Time During the Day the Person answers then hang up the Call. Then i did the following do and on-line order for my Food and the website notifies you what branch can you as the Clint order from and the west gate mall Branch you could do that and when i did the booking i received a message notifying me that the order was unsuccessful and nobody contacts you to indicate h the reason was the Service was sorry for my Language but i as a Client love proper and perfect service when advertised if that branch does not allow on-line orders then the website should not indicate that you can order on-line from that branch. I Tried from different Mobile Phones to Contact the Branch because it could have been a network problem but then i tried a normal telkom analog line, i even tried VOIP aswell and even Called from a Soft-phone which is a Standard Sip protocol your IT Administrator Should know What I'm Talking About. Service is Important
