I was at the Sandton Branch of Debonairs for lunch today. I paid for my order with number 151 at 14h24 according to my slip. When other people who arrived after me already received their orders I enquired why mine is taking so long. This was at 15h12. I was advised by the cashier, Mandiwana Livhuwani, that the kitchen didn't know about my order. I feel this is terrible service and whose duty is it to tell the kitchen about an order. I assumed there is an automated system that notifies the kitchen of each new order. Well, needless to say I was not a very happy customer and will not be supporting that branch of Debonairs again.
