On my visit to Wimpy Potch Drive Thru I ordered two meals; Hash brown Splashdown and a Generous Joe. After taking a few bites from the Generous Joe I noticed a strand of hair between my burger patty and cheese. I removed the hair from the burger and stopped eating the meal because I was disgusted. After which my girlfriend also found a strand of hair between her bacon of the Hash brown Splashdown.
I went to call the manager and explained the situation. The manager showed no remorse to the situation and also offered no way of resolving the problem. The manager only said that no one in the kitchen has that hair colour. I was so surprised with the incompetence of the manager and the bad customer service that I am turned off with Wimpy in general (Not to mention the bad hygienic conditions of the restrooms.). That was a real disappointment.
