This is not the first time I have had a problem with this branch. once again I tried to call for a pick up order and nobody answers the phone. Aside from that the food is not up to standards as the chicken is dry and the salad is not fresh!! the service at this branch is terrible. we had switched to nandos springfield park but unfortunately we were told we can not place delivery orders at this branch any longer as they do not deliver to our area, therefore we have to put up with this annoying service. EVEN with a pick up order we have to get frustrated... whats the blady point of having a service where customers can phone and pre order IF NOBODY ANSWERS!!! verrryyyyy irritated.
