Complete incompetence

I am very annoyed at the moment. I phoned the branch to place an order. After putting me on hold without notifying me, I could hear the staff chatting away as I was waiting on the line. Then a new person came on the phone to take my details. I had to repeat every word at least three times and spell every single word of our address to the person. Then I was handed over to a third person to take my order. After I placed my order I was handed over to a FOURTH person to take my credit card details.

I spent almost 10 minutes on the line just to order a pizza. I feel your staff should be better trained to handle telephone orders.
