UNABLE TO SIGN UP - CYBERSMART SERVER DOWN

Have been trying the whole day to apply for your service.
The website - once i have completed the application - states "internal error server down"
I phoned twice with long delays in getting through.
I spoke to Luvo who on the second attempt assured me he would a) email me an application form b) phone me back
Neither has happened for 12 hours
I logged an email enquiry 10 hours ago and have had no luck there either
I have just checked the status of my query 4770923 and it states the owner is "nobody" which I assume means it has not even been picked up.
I tried to phone again and was 12th in line - which means at least an hour waiting for pickup
I had heard excellent reports of your service, but considering I have not even been able to sign up, this seems incorrect
