Groupon voucher value

I purchased a Groupon voucher for a 22 piece sushi platter at Tsunami Midori Silverlakes, advertised as being worth R191. I paid R95 for the voucher. When I received the bill after our meal, I had been billed and credited for a 22 piece sushi platter valued at R115. I cannot see Tsunami Midori Silverlakes reducing their menu prices by 40% in the month between purchasing the voucher and our meal. Therefor I must assume that Tsunami Midori Silverlakes inflated their Groupon advertised price in order to attract customers. Caught once, but I will not be eating there again.
