Internal server error on upgrade of account

I did report this error already a month ago and the same error still occurs. Internal server error Error: 500 - URL: /Sales/Controller, params:[object Object] if you want to upgrade a account or increase limit on the internet. Don't your IT department fix these problems it is already a month and it is still not working. Get your house in order.
