I placed an order for a beef share box, I asked the order taker to change one of the small beef cheese burgers to chicken, she said she cannot do that.

I asked her to call the manager, he also told me stories! I cannot understand how a world wide organization like McDonald's cannot have the ability to customize one's order. This is unacceptable!
