The girl working at the till taking the orders seems as if she has better things to do with her time than be at work. When asking me if she can help me, one of her colleagues starts to talk to her and while I am busy giving my order, she turns away and speaks to them without saying to me 'please excuse me' or 'hold on a moment.'
I think that is extremely rude and extremely bad customer service! Finally being able to give my order, as she repeats it numerous times incorrectly, and waiting a while for our order- it finally arrives.
When I get home, I realise that a junior cheese burger that I ordered and paid for was not in the bag. This is not the first time something like this has happened to me. Don't even try asking for a manager to complain because there will never be a manager on duty.
Upon ordering 2 cheese burgers on another occasion, when driving off I realised that the one burger doesn't even have a beef patty on! I like McDonald's, but after the experience I have had, we will not be supporting them anymore!
