On the 9th of August 2013 at 17:04 I bought the 'chicken filler with crammed crust' pizza at Debonairs Tembisa plaza. Upon my arrival at home I realized the pizza was not properly cooked and was doughy. I then decided to take it back. When I arrived, I explained to Thembi what was wrong with the pizza and explained to her that for the inconvenience, I demand free pizza as her company broke their promise. Thembi and the other staff members behind the counter laughed at me as if I was stupid. I then demanded my money back and left. I would not encourage anyone to buy pizza from that store again as the stuff do not know how to treat customers. The service provided by Debonairs is totally unacceptable and pathetic.
