I phoned in an order for takeaway and started by specifying 2 standard pasta's... I then wanted to order a special pasta with extra's so I was transferred to the manager. When I went to pick up my dinner only the special order was done and the rest of the order was lost. I waited while they completed my order which was relatively quick. They packed the food in a paper bag and I was on my way. I got home 5 minutes later and as I picked up the bag the whole bottom fell out... spilling all the pasta on the floor. I cannot believe the shoddy standards of the packaging... next time I take my own bag.
