My boyfriend and I visited Primi Piatti, at gateway on 06/09/2013.We placed our order of a recco pasta and a regina pizza. The order took forever to get prepared. There was a couple that came in after us, who ordered the same pasta, and received it before we did. After waiting for an hour, we asked the waitress about the delay, she advised that there was a large number of pizza orders, which caused a delay in the preparation of our order. Eventually we received our order, but it was incorrect, as we ordered linguine pasta but were served penne. We sent the order back to be rectified. When we eventually received the correct order, the pasta was still hard and not cooked properly. We thereafter requested to see the manager of the restaurant. We discussed the matter with the manager and he proceeded to check on the issue with his staff. We were thereafter advised by the manager that the waitress had forgotten tom place the order initially which caused the delay in us receiving our order, and to make things worse, she had the audacity to about it. The service is pathetic. I have sent through a complaint on the Primi website last Monday, however I am yet to receive a response.
