Rude and not helpfull

I called fournos dunkeld this morning on my way to work, as i was a bit late and i know how long it takes for them to prepare the food. i asked for them to prepare a sandwich and coffee for me and i will be at the store in 5-10 minutes. i was rudely told that they do not take order over the phone. i then explained to the gentleman who answered the phone that i am a bit late for work and im five minutes away but he stil lcontinued to tell me how he cannot do that??? whats wrong with roderding food and picking them up in 5 minutes?? i could have given him my number in case he thought i was not gonna come. this was totally unaccepatable and to top it all he was rude
