Main courses arrive at 20 minute intervals

We have been to 33 High many times food is always good (prices are high) took our neighbors, for supper there were 7 adults 4 ordered pizza and pasta other were Peri - Peri chicken, and a veg plate, the pizza and pasta arrived quite quickly, we waited a further 20 minutes and called the manager she arrived to tell us that chicken does take a longer time??? yes but why were we not told and why could they not hold back the pasta, we then told the manager to cancel the balance of the order as we had lost any appetite we started with, we finished our drinks and called for the bill, some 5 mins later the waitress appeared with the 3 plates, we confirmed that the order was cancelled, she looked amazed seems no one had told her, we paid the bill and left, my neighbors said they would never set foot at that restaurant again, .
