Numerous times I and my employees have experienced bad service at Limnos. The attitude of the staff is terrible and customers are treated as if they are doing them a favour. Today was the worst service ever. When ordering pastries and coffee, I was given the pastries and asked to wait for the coffee lady to make the cappucino. When I got to the counter, she left to serve a table. after a couple of minutes I asked if there was someone else that could make the coffee... and I got a filthy look from the lady behind the till and advised to wait. Then another customer that had been waiting to be served appoached the counter and placed her order. The till lady then went ahead and prepared her coffee, after she had advised me to wait. When the coffee lady got back from taking a tables order, she immediately commenced in preparing their order, again before mine. I then asked her if she was preparing the tables order before mine and she asked "are you speaking to me? ". She shrugged her shoulders and then made my coffee. No apology or explanation. And on asking where the manager was, I was ignored. We buy there every day and if you had to loose 45 patrons, Im sure you won't be happy!
