Bad experience

We went to have lunch at Heat at Woodlands yesterday.
There was something that looked like a cigarette burn on the white tablecloth at out table.
Our waiter spoke in a very mumbling way and it was difficult to hear him. Furthermore, he informed us that they didn't "have gas", so we couldn't order any meals that needed to be prepared with gas.
Our table was against a wall and because of the way the light fell, one could see filthy stains against the wall.
Finally, when I picked up the salt shaker, it felt very "greasy" underneath my fingers.
