I have never experienced such blatant disrespect as we received from Spur (ermelo) on 8/12/ 2013. My husband and I went to spur to get waffles and were served by a Noluthando. She took our orders. We then decided we'd get food as well. When we give our request to her she replies with a very chicky " well I've already ordered the waffles" we explain it was not a problem as we would like to order food as well. She left menus and on her return she asks if were ready to order, when we give different answers she responds with a very rude " WELL ARE YOU READY TO ORDER, YES OR NO" to which we reply no. She then huffs off to chit chat with her friends. when we finally call her to take our order she ignores us for a good 15 minutes while she chats. We decided that was enough and left. As we were leaving she screams across the restaurant that "Hey you didn't pay". When we ask for what she scream across again to her manager saying were leaving without paying. We explain to the manager the situation and his answer to everything is" he doesnt deal with issue, hes only there to help customers and next time we come we must note that waffles take time". I mean what the? Disappointing
