Myself and a friend ordered waffles as dessert when we went for lunch at the Spur Sunday afternoon on the 17th of March 2013. The waiter then came back to tell us that the Waffles were out of stock and whether we would like anything else, which we didn't and we requested the bill. About a minute later the manager also came along and apologized for the out of stock waffles and offered us another dessert to compensate for the inconvenience caused - on the house!
For me, this was truly going the extra mile in keeping the client happy and I will most certainly support Spur Savannah for years to come.
