I asked for a quiet corner to sit as baby was sleeping in pram. I had my back to the main restaurant and didn't see the deluge coming to enable me to get away in time before the almighty racket of noise that was made for an adult birthday. The baby was woke up screaming and scared. Surely the waitress could have gave me a warning so I could have got out of the way. Then I was served the worst coffee and waffles I have ever had.
The waffles were cold and I suspect not freshly made. The Cappuccino was just like a filter coffee with foam. I did complain but it fell on deaf ears. Is this indicative of Spur's customer service?
