I ordered a pizza, within the appropriate delivery radius of the CBD shop, but the pizza was delivered more than an hour later. This has happened on several occasions. On the second occasion they just never even bothered to pitch up. I even placed a follow up call to which the lady only stated that the pizza had already been sent. Upon arrival (the first time) I was greeted by a delivery man who said sorry I had to wait but they should have informed me about the traffic (of which there was none), and even though my pizza was late and cold it would not be free of charge although that is what their policy states. I am disgusted by this poor service and would like to make people aware of this.
