During our break time @10pm me and my colleague went to purchase pizza at the Golden acre Mall, we got our triple deck and we came back to work. 1st it didn't even look like a triple deck, it was dry and hard with less ingredients, the middle base doesn't have anything. We then during our lunch time which was @12pm sent the pizza back. We spoke to the cashier who gave us attitude and told us nothing will be done, Andiswa the store manager came, we showed her the pizza and she told us thats how they do it, they cut on the ingredients because if they use more it gets cut on their salaries. She told us she wont give us our money back or replace it, she was rude and didn't take us serious. We told her we always buy at canal walk and the one close to long street we know how a meaty triple deck looks she told us we shouldn't tell her about Canal Walk cause they are the worst in all branches, I was shocked to hear bad mouthing other branches like that, like she's not part of debonairs. We would really like to get our money back or another pizza. We still have the pizza as evidence. We never going to buy from debonairs again and we will tell other customers!!
