Waitress chatting to friends ( - 20 mins.) before offering a menu.
Asking how I would like my egg for a vegeterian breakfast, and not delivering.
After an extensive delay having to ask for the meal.(She still in full conversation with the friends.)
I enquired about the egg that was offered and was presented with the menu which does not include an egg in this meal. Iaccepted this which the manageress backed up.

Surely staff are trained to know their menu content?
On completion of the meal we had to almost beg for the bill more than once. (Waitress still in full on conversation with her audience.)

Other customers also complained about slow service and their bill being incorrect.

I most certainly hope that notice is taken of this complaint as the shopping centre has been revamped and the reputation of Wimpy cannot be upheld with this pathetic attitude!
