Tebogo a waiter made remarks in public towards us in Mugg and Bean!
We got to M&B around 19:50 and we were told they close at 20:00 and the kitchen was all ready closed and they are busy cleaning it.
We (white) asked if could please just have a piece of cake, which were there in front of us in the fridge, with a cup of coffee.
The manager said it is fine but we would have to eat out of carton boxes, which we accepted.
In the meantime another customer (black) requested to have a sit-down dinner which the Manager explained the above to her and the client had a tantrum about they being closed so early in the festive season. She left.
Tebogo then started his bad attitude toward us and the Manager for being!!!
The Manager explained to him nicely that we only wanted coffee and cake, the other client wanted a full sit down dinner and he (Tebogo) knows that the kitchen is closed.
All he other guests looked at us while Tebogo was making a scene!
The other clients (black) were also eating out of carton boxes and they just shook their heads in unbelief for Tebogo's outrage!
