We called for a delivery order (Large Cappachino & Caramel Cheese Cake), it took 78 min before it arrived, when we are not even 5min away from the shop.
When we got the order we received the wrong cake and a cold cappachino, we sent the cake back so they can bring us a Caramel one as ordered. It took another 30min before this arrived, then when we started eating the cake we found large pieces of egg shell in it. This is very dangerous (Salmonella poisoning), I called the shop to speak to the manager & asked for a new slice that does NOT come from the same cake, as how do we know there aren't more pieces of shell in it.
To my surprise received a slice from the same cake, if you are a manager you need to listen to your clients. This again we sent back to be told they only have strawberry & the plain one. I am absolutely dumb struck that this is the way Mugg & Bean do business that after telling the manager not to make use of that cake he goes & does the opposite of what, me as a client requested, why did he not tell me then they don't have another caramel one. I wont be surprised if that caramel cheese cake is still sitting in the display for the next customer to find egg shells.
