After experiencing bad service the 1st time we were there, the manager from the Southernwood branch phoned me to apologise on Vincent Parks behalf (Vincent parks branch manager didn't have the nerve to do it himself??) We were there again, and nothings changed. Still service with no smiles. Doesn't even apologise to my face for the previous bad service. Pathetic. When will certain businesses realise that customers are the reason u get paid. Rather close your doors if u don't know what customer service is.
