On the 15th Jan 2013 we bought a couple of steers burgers, when we got home and started eating them there was a fly on the hamburger patty. we were horrified and all felt sick.
i drove back to steers and returned the burger an told them how disgusted i was as i was a regular customer of theirs, the lady apologized and refunded me, i said i will never eat a steers burger after this incident, and she said that the manager will phone me to apologize.
After not hearing from the owner or manager i phoned the customer care line.
they said they would send the area manager there and i should expect a call from the Branch. about two days later i relieved a call from customer care asking if the branch had called me back, i told then no i haven't heard anything from them. they said they would contact their branch again.
about another two days later i received a call again from customer care and again i informed them the branch still has not contacted me.
This just goes to show that they are not interested, i have had previous problems with this branch regarding service, quality of food, wrong items supplied but this was the finale straw,
we will never eat a steers burger again.
