Last night at 20:13 i called Debonairs Pizza which is located at the new diepkloof plaza called Diepkloof square to make an order for delivery and some guy answered the phone and the first thing i asked is if they are still delivering and the guy said yes, i made my order, he couldnt give me a turn around time of when it will arrive as the dellivery guy was not there at that moment, i waited and waited and waited for my order which did not arrive, to say im dissapointed and angry at the service would be an understatement, not eveen a call to say that they wont be able to delivery anymore was made, had i been advised i wouldve atleast made alternative arrangements to get something to eat, the service is PATHETIC!!!
