I ordered a pizza at the debonairs phnx branch at quarter to 7 on the 5/10 I was told to wait atleast an hour 4 delivery nw if my math is correct I should have received delivery no later than quarter 2 8 however its is now the 6th of october and I haven't recved delivery... I called them since 8 and there was no response from them I waited ryt up until 10 only 2 go 2 bed without receiving delivery... I went into the branch to find out why I hadn't received delivery turns out the delivery guy went to the wrong house... I was also told only 1 line was working... I was fuming... How do u dam take someone elses food and give it 2 anyone who dam pays for it? Is there no verification process in place... I do understand to a limit but they need 2 really wake da up I wouldve accepted if it was late but not rcving it at all that's just outrageous... U guys need to work on ur service skills... Its outright pathetic
