3 colleagues and myself went for an early supper at Pannarotties, CW yesterday.
We had Trevor as a waiter, he was Extremely rude, sarcastic and dishonest.
When we asked if you receive free pizzas, he advised very sarcasticly 'THAT IF IT SAYS FREE ITS FREE! '
When i asked him if i could have the chillies and garlic to take away, He advised that i cant have it.
I advised him that i took it home before, Then he changed his story and advised that there is no Take Away cups.
Then i asked him to escalate the matter to his manager, the actually started arguing with me, tell;ing me that he works there and its no use he gets a manager because they dont have take away cups.
I then asked the manager if i could take it home and BY JOVE!! all of a sudden there was take away cups.
Why did he to me? why did he have to argue / he could have just given me the chilli and garic?
Then when i asked him why he to me, He responded saying That " I GOT WHAT I WANTED SO WHY AM I STILL GOING ON"
I told him because i received bad customer service
