I visited the KFC on sunday the 24th November 2013, i used the drive thru and placed my order i was told if im paying by card i should pay at the same window, i took out my card and extended my hand to pass the card to Tracy she refused to reach out a little to get the card from me and says to me she cant reach out for the card, at this point i eject my seat belt and stretch a little further to give her my card she still refuses to reach out for the card. She insisted i jump out of my vehicle and hand the card to her!!! her attitude was terrible she even advised me next time to park properly in the drive thru!!! i complained to the manager at the branch, who said yes she knows tracy's attitude is terrible and i should complain to the care line as shedoes notknow what to do with her anymore.i love KFC and support you guys always as i have a big family and it is inexpensive yet to be treated this way infront of my family as if my business didnt matter was embarrassing to say the least!!! im really dissapointed.
