I went to Spur Festival Mall last night with my husband, they welcomed [URL Removed] to order. I asked the waiter for a starter, he then brought starter after waiting for long with no site plates, I then had to ask and he came with 1 big plate (1st complain)
Then come to our meals, I order another top up of chicken livers and wings, the wings were dry on a site plate and livers had a topping of sauce, you can imagine how dry they were. My husband asked for veges but he brought chips and onions rings, no cutlery. I then called him to get sauces for both top ups and veges for my husband. He then came back with the plates dirty bcos he went to fill them. He forgot about cutlery and asked for it, to find out he will bring dirty cutlery. I called the manager and his response was he will take action that's it. I was so. My husband then had his eisben, he told me that it doesn't taste normal and it very soft or maybe its fresh, he ddnt get to finish it but took home. When we got home I tasted it to find that its rotten. He didn't sleep as he couldn't stop vomiting and having a stomach bug.
I am not happy, now my husband didn't go to work bcos spur food is poisonous. I'm about to sue them.
