My Fiance and I with our 2year old baby boy went to spur for a meeting at 1st and then decided to eat - we ordered the bottomless ribs and chicken wings for both of us and the 1st plate we received was really disgusting no flavour and dry to the bone the side salad look as it was laying out for days, we ate the food because we didn't want to complain and asked them to bring us our next plate but it must be fresh and have flavour as the plate before was not so our waiter called the manager and she said she will take care of it. When I got my second plate I started with my chicken wings to find out it wasn't even cook - HOW DO YOU SERVE UNCOOKED FOOD!!!
I never ate any more and we got the bill after 2 manages apologised to us and asked if we would like another plate (REALLY - after all that you think I want any more of your food?) My son nearly ate uncooked chicken!!!
WE will not go back there again!!! to top it off they were not even busy and the manage said she does not understand why the cooks are being lazy.
All I could do was walk out as if I had stayed I would have made such a sense that everyone would have left.
