On Mon 16 Dec 2013 my husband and I went to Cappuchino's in the Grove, to begin with the service is horrible, after ordering starters we didn't get any cutlery or condiments, we had to take cutlery from another table in order to eat. Then while still busy eating my starter our mains arrived again with no new cutlery. It took the waiter several minutes to come collect the dirty dishes and to bring the cutlery. My husband had a chicken Schnitzel and I had a Wrap, the food where tasteless, i didn't get any salad dressing, and the sauce served with the chicken was not nearly enough. I want to point out as well that the Cappuchino's in Menlyn and in Woodlands are much better in food quality and service, and I will never go to the one in the Grove again. I also think it's pointless having a manager on duty who clearly doesn't know how to do he's job. When you go out for dinner and you have to pay such high prices for dishes you expect to get good quality and good service, but both seems to fail at this restaurant. I notice that you don't respond to complaints- I really wish you will because obviously there is a problem with this one branch, seeing that there's other complaints as well..
