On sunday evening at 8.45 I was standing in line at Nando's waiting to place my order. I then heard the commotion between a customer and what I assume is the manager (a petite lady). The customer arrived and was told that he cannot be served in the restaurant since its 15 minutes before closing time and only takeaways was available. He merely indicated that he did not see a sign indicating this but the rude manner in which she addressed the poor man was appalling. The fact that she felt she could adress him in an unprofessional manner in front of other customers left me cold. When I was ready to place my orderI was promtly informed that there was no chicken left... your business is selling chicken! If you dont have, close your doors but dont defend the fact that you dont have stock but allow me to stand in line wasting my time. This was the cherry on the cake. If Nando's cannot invest in training staff properly, please shut your doors and save us all the embarrassment!
