DIRTY OBJECTS IN NANDOS MEAL

PURCHASED MY MEAL FROM NANDOS (GATEWAY) ON SATURDAY 28 SEPTEMBER 2013, APPROXIMATE TIME WAS 8:00PM TO 8:30PM, TO START OF MY WHOLE ORDEAL I RECEIVED MY ORDER LATE, WHICH REALLY IRRITATED ME BUT I DIDNT ACT ON IT AS IT WAS A USUAL THING THAT HAPPENS AT NANDOS.EVENTUALLY I RECEIVED MY ORDER AND WENT HOME .I GOT HOME AND WAS READY TO EAT ONLY TO REALISE THAT WHEN I LOOKED INTO THE NANDOS BAG THERE WAS A "DIRTY USED SERVIETTE" ALSO DIRTY FORKS THAT WERE POKED INTO THE ROLLS.IMMEDIATELY I GOT HOLD ON THE BRANCH CONTACT NUMBER AND CALLED, A GUY BY THE NAME OF AMITH ANSWERED THE FONE (MANAGER). I EXPLAINED HIM IN DETAIL OF WHAT HAD HAPPEND AND HE DIDNT EVEN APPOLOGISE, HE TOLD ME THAT THERE ARE NO VEHICLES TO DO ANY DELIVERIES AND THAT I SHOULD COME MYSELF AND GET A REPLACEMENT MEAL.THIS IS REALLY DISGUSTING TO BE TREATED THIS WAY LET ALONE GETTING "FILTHY "THINGS THROW INTO YOUR MEAL.I REALLY HOPE THIS BECOMES AN EYE OPENER FOR THE PUBLIC.ALWAYS CHECK YOUR MEALS BEFORE YOU LEAVE, YOU MAY NEVER KNOW WHAT SUPRISES AWAITS.
