I purchased a Fully Loaded Box Meal (Zinger) from your branch in Westgate Mall, Cape Town - Mitchels Plain.
Firstly I got home, only to find that neither of the four meals I ordered in Zinger was not Zinger at all. I then also got home to find mould on one of the burgers - I have attached a picture so that you can see the mould.
This is just disgusting! How do you expect me to EVER support or eat ANY of your food if this happens!!!
Not happy with the service and what I found on the burger!
Also, this email was sent to your customer care email address on the 30 October 2013, I got an automated response, up to now I still have not gotten an actual response! Is this how you treat customers?? Why do you have a customer care email address on don't respond to clients complaints! Terrible service!
