today I went to ocean basket on north beach Durban with my family to have lunch ordered the food it took 45 min to come it was cold prawns and chips was cold called manager show him he just said he can make it warm it for us how can they say like that drinks were warm I asked him the no of out let owner which he gave us when I called him he just simply offered us free desert which I refused total bill came to around R400 he gave us R100 discount like he only accepted 25% responsibility balance 75% I have to pay for there mess up
is that's how this outlet operates?
