We went for lunch with my 2 colleagues and arrived at Spur Eastrand mall around 12:15, and each ordered a burger. An hour later we still did not receive our meals and there was no valid explanation as to why there was a delay.
This is the worst service ever. I think Spurs are really loosing their edge. I can safely say I will never set foot in another Spur for as long as I live.
