Today I went to Tashas in Rosebank, JHB at 10:30am (15th November 2013) with a client. we placed our order at 10:35 for 2 of the Special Burgers (waiting time 20 - 25 mins). I am disgusted to say that 50mins later after several complaints to the Manager on duty about the wait for our meal so many poor excuses where made and blame was shifted on our waitress Zola (she was very helpful and apologetic). Half the meal was eaten as I had to attend another meeting at 1pm in the East. That is a place that will not get my business again and I will spread the bad service to all my colleagues and clients Not to go there!
