Manager seated white people ahead of us despite us (African ladies) having arrived first.
When confronted, he came up with the most bizarre excuses! The first excuse was "the waiter said you guys don't want to sit by the door", which couldn't be further from the truth because my friend (who arrived ahead of me) had ONLY spoken to him and nobody else about our seating arrangements.
Not only was he was rude and dismissive, he again seated other white people ahead of us and was unapologetic when again confronted.
Tasha's is a wonderful brand - but I will never again support the Melrose Arch branch because of the, dehumanising experience I had there.
I've posted this on my FB page, twitter account and my friend (a food blogger) will help spread this message.
