Mimos Gateway - Horrible Service, Horrible Food

I went for supper on the evening of 10 Nov 2013. The restaurant was not busy at all, probably 20 to 30 % full. The service received was absolutely pathetic. The starter orders had taken more than half an hour to be prepared, and it was a simple focaccia bread
The main orders had taken more than an hour to be prepared. Customers that arrived after I had placed my order had received their orders before me. I kept asking the waitress and even queried with the manager and was repeatedly told it was on its way shortly
When the main did arrive one of the orders was not correct. A crumbed calamari was ordered and the one that came was grilled. When queried with the waitress she said there was no more crumbed left so they grilled it. She had not bothered to tell me this at any point in time since I placed orders.
When I called the manager he apologised and said he would sort it out in 2 minutes. 15 minutes had passed and nothing had come out. I became annoyed and cancelled the order!
From the other mains ordered, the food was terrible; over cooked, flavourless and dry, not anything I would expect to pay for. I finished and got the bill and no apology from the manager for the service
