Wanted to order food for my daughter at her dance school (i'm) at work, cannot drive up & down
firstly was told prices increased from today
the min for delivery r35 - cost R33.50 (R1.50 DIFF)
wants to add R5 for delivery
request to speak to manager - he is not in will get him to call me
I had to call back as he did not call like lady said.
spoke to him he also agreed that the del of R5 when diff is R1.50 will upset him
he then informed me that the new min amount is now R45 due to petrol price as per CEO of Scooters
after now trying to get the order del to my daughter I was informed the price of R33.50 for sml pizza & coke is incorrect
only response from the "manager" as the lady informed me was that she's sorry
the order was placed & delivered
I want the CEO to understand that children make use of this service in different areas & that the new rules will just force them not to buy there anymore
the prices have also increased a lot and does not drop when petrol price decrease
a promo for R33 cant be used by child with a R45 limit, sometimes the R50 a child has is for transport home & food
meyerton closed down due to no business will the same not happen
