Unacceptable attitude

I am disgusted in the way i was spoken to. I ordered food for myself and colleagues the food arrived 1 hour and 30 min late after i called the owner to complain he suggested that i do not pay for the order and apologised for the bad service. Later his wife calls me and accuses me of wanting free food. I am a wife and mother and to be a accused of such an act is appalling. I demand an apology from her in writing and for her to know i will never order from them again. i do not see how i was wrong to complain reason being i am 8 months pregnant and needed to eat. kind regards petula
