I am truly disgusted with your branch. I was waiting for almost an hour for my food to be served this morning, and when it eventually arrived, after several enquiries about why people around me are receiving their food, but I haven't even had as much as my tea, it was covered in bacon! I did not order bacon, because I don't eat it. Assuming that you are making up for your errors by putting meat in a vegetarians plate, after waiting for almost an hour is appalling. I am expecting a baby and my blood sugar levels were dropping to a severely low level, making me feel completely ill because I didn't receive my food or even the tea that I ordered. Following this, I had to go elsewhere to try and find food as soon as possible in order not to faint. You will never see me again.
