EXTREMELY (FROZEN FOOD )

I went to the newly opened NANDOS on Braam Fischer Drive close to Multichoice during my Lunch hour and it was not full at all. I waited 45min for my order of 1/4 chicken and spicy rice with relish and when it made to my table after 45min, the relish and rice was frozen as if it came out a freezer and placed on the plate, i demanded my i get a instant refund. The waiter came over and advised that the chef is still training ( not my problem) i left and went to KFC ( better food, better service (prompt) and always hot.. I am extremely dissappointed as i am a regular customer at Nandos.
