No food quality standard

I'm a huge Nandos fan. We used to order food from Nandos at least 3 times a month and it makes me sad to say that the standard in the quality and quantity is non existent. Every time we order from Nandos, we actually joke about what we will see when we open the bag. I personally cannot see the difference between the regular and full portion livers, as an example. The quantity is pretty much the same. The price however is not. A few days ago I ordered a FULL portion with a regular spicy rice. When I opened the containers, the livers were HALF FULL and the rice portion filled the box with one third of the total volume. I actually measured it and counted 5 tablespoons of rice.??? Why even bother having bigger containers if the contents are so similar between regular and full? I've only had it once where the containers of the various products were filled to the top. ONCE!!! Thank you very much for that Nandos. Got my money's worth at least once. Should there not be some form of standard measuring equipment provided by the franchise to sell the products? By the way, its not just one outlet, its all of them doing it. I'm seriously thinking of changing to another fast-food provider.
