I ordered KFC last night through the drive through. It's was quite when I was there so no excuses for what happened. Very simple order of two regular twister meals one upsize with coke and other with chocolate milkshake. I feel it is NOT our job to always check if the order is correct. When we got home, I got a sweet chili twister and my chips were not upsized. My finances milkshake was strawberry not chocolate. Chips tasted stale like they were made that morning. Evenings is suppose to be your peak time. The staff were complaining in the back ground that they wanted to go home and one was shouting at the other. We could hear all of this from our car. No wonder they got the order wrong. Very upset!
