I was interested in acquiring and owning a Vida or Torrador franchise. Since the beginning of October 2013, I have made several attempts to call Vida's Corporate Office to set up an appointment with Mae Dutton (referral from another Vida Manager). My attempts included several calls and messages, including "apparent" email messages to her by the receptionist/switchboard person.
Perhaps the lack of responsiveness was a good thing. It gave me a reasonable indication of what I could expect if I had to acquire their franchise. Besides, who wants to be associated with such unprofessionalism?
