I just visited this KFC for lunch. I usually swop that fries for cole slaw as I don't eat potatoes. The lady then told me I can't do it. Now I do this at many other branches with no problem. The lady then tells me if I want to buy a street wise 2 I have to buy the slaw extra which I was happy to do but at a lesser cost cos they would hold back the fries. She then continues to speak loudly to her colleague in Xhosa thinking I can't understand saying this woman is lying and that she is sure I am making it up. I ended up leaving not having what I wanted and with a terrible customer service experience.
